COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION ON THE SARATOGA WESTGATE CENTER

Salt Lake City, UT February 25, 2008 – New Retail center anchored by Super Wal-Mart set to open in February 2009.
Amsource Companies is pleased to announce that construction has commenced on the Saratoga Westgate Shopping Center. Located at the Northwest corner of Redwood Road and SR-73 in Saratoga Springs, the new 36 acre retail center will be anchored by a 184,000 square foot Super Wal-Mart and will contain approximately 75,000 square feet of additional retail space. With construction now underway, Super Wal-Mart is set to open in February 2009. Joining Super Wal-Mart are Zions Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Dollar Cuts, Quiznos, and Checker Auto.
Handling leasing for the project are Nick Clark & Jake Fairclough of Commerce CRG and Lisa Vandersteen with Amsource.
