COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION ON THE HIGHBURY SHOPPES

Salt Lake City, UT September 26, 2007 – New Retail center set to open in the Winter of 2007
Amsource Companies is pleased to announce that construction has commenced on the Highbury Shoppes. Located at the 2780 South 5600 West in West Valley City, the new 7 acres retail center contains approximately 23,000 square feet of retail space and 4 outparcels.
“Leasing activity has been very active since the commencement of construction” stated Lisa Vandersteen, director of leasing for Amsource. “We have several leases already signed with great tenants such as CitiFinancial, Buffet City, and Cyprus Credit Union, we are also currently negotiating with several national and local retailers”
Mike Menlove Construction is handling the construction, and Wells Fargo Bank has provided the construction financing for Amsource.
